Races

After homo sapiens had all but wiped out neanderthals, they started to spread throughout the entire world at a rapid rate. Areas that had accreted magical flux were suddenly exposed to the concentrations of flux in the minds of these intelligent creatures. Over a few thousand years this caused mutations of tribes of humans who had to band together in solitary tribes to survive the assault of violent proto-humans.

The playable races are.
Humans
Half-elves
Half-orcs
Halflings – whom are humans for most purposes, with dwarfism caused by flux.

The mutations caused the following races to develop. The following races are unplayable until the player meets a member of that race.
